EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE DEPARTURES

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, \ for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS

A guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations for a guest room reservation must be received at least 7 days prior to the expected day of arrival. Policies may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Resort will charge for two nights' accommodation. For details of cancellation policies and deposit requirements, please check at time of booking.

PET POLICY GUIDELINES

We are delighted to have you and your pet as our guests. Please note that there is a pet and cleaning fee of P500 per pet/day. The fee includes a dog bed, food and water bowls and disposable poop bags. You must download and sign our pet policy form and present it upon check-in. To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following guidelines.

  • The Hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet in the room provided that your pet is 30 lbs or less, fully trained, appropriately restrained by you, and complies with the local legislation requirements
  • Guests are required to provide medical records proving pets are current on vaccinations
  • Your pet must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on the hotel property unless it is in your room
  • Please do not leave your pet unattended in the room
  • In the vent that you pet is left unattended and is a disruption to other guests, Please be advised that your pet will be removed from the room and you may be subject to pet-sitting fees
  • Pets are not allowed in any food & beverage outlets, The Welness Club and all pool areas of the resort
  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property and in the neighborhood. If you require pet supplies, please contact housekeeping
  • Any disturbance such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced
  • Please contact our Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time to service your room. We will not attempt to service the room if the owner is not present and the pet is in the room
  • You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Resort, Its owners and its operators from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet. The Resort reserves the right to charge your account commensurate to the cost of such damages
