Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with an additional charge.
Present your booking voucher/confirmation and valid guest ID to the front desk upon arrival.
A deposit for incidentals will be collected upon arrival.
A wristband will be provided; please wear it at all times while on hotel premises. This serves as your pass to avail your free breakfast, use of the amenities, and access to the activities of the hotel. In the event of a damaged wristband, a replacement is available at the front desk.
Please inform the front desk or dial “0” for the telephone operator’s assistance.
Housekeeping room check will be conducted prior to guest check-out.
Billing/settlement is at the front desk; a check-out slip will be issued and is to be presented at the exit gate on departure.
Whiterock Beach Hotel + Waterpark Inc. shall not be liable for any damage or loss of a guest's property or any valuables left inside or outside the rooms regardless of the reason.
Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with revenue, repairs, and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest.
A lost key shall be charged ₱1,500.00, and ₱1,000.00 for damaged keys.
For guests who wish to take an umbrella or towel as a souvenir, please inform the front desk. Surcharge per item of ₱300.00 applies.
SMOKING is strictly prohibited in all areas except for designated smoking areas around the resort (City R.A. 9211). A fine of ₱10,000.00 will be imposed for violations.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR ROOM DOOR CLOSED at all times to avoid insects or mosquitoes from entering, which may happen in tropical climates. A multi-insect killer is provided in your room, if needed.
For consideration of other in-house guests, please keep voice and music at a minimum volume.
FIREARMS are not allowed within the hotel premises. Guests must store firearms securely in their private vehicles.
COOKING is strictly not allowed inside the hotel rooms. An electric kettle is available to heat water; damage to the kettle due to cooking other than heating water will be charged ₱1,000.00.
In-house guests’ visitors are not allowed inside the hotel rooms. They may be accommodated at the hotel lobby.
Visitors who wish to enter the resort, a fee of ₱1,200.00 applies until 5:30 PM only; beyond that, an extra person charge applies.
Waterpark is open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; other pools by the beach are open until 9:00 PM. Proper swimwear is required in all swimming pools. Shirts and shorts are allowed except those with buttons, rivets, zippers, or metal objects. We advise children to visit restrooms before plunging into the pools.
All outside whirlpools will be turned off at 8:00 PM and will be reopened at 8:00 AM. Please be reminded that children below 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially along the beach and swimming pools.
Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within Naya Bar and Sunset Restaurant.
The Outdoor Fitness Gym is intended for the complimentary use of in-house guests. Opens daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
PETS are allowed, with a maximum of two (2) per room. Please refer to the hotel PET POLICY and PET REGISTRATION upon check-in.
Pet fee per night: Small pet – ₱1,500.00; Large pet – ₱1,900.00.
Guests are strictly prohibited from petting or feeding cats inside the hotel premises. The hotel will not be held liable for any injuries resulting from such interaction.
