Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur fees. Guests must call the front desk for a housekeeping room check before departure and obtain a check-out slip for the exit gate.

Please do not cut off your wristband, as it grants access to free breakfast and other resort amenities. If your wristband is damaged, please request a replacement at the front desk and bring the damaged wristband with you. A P100 fee will apply for replacements if the wristband is lost or cut without proof.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas except for designated smoking areas around the resort (City R.A. 9211). Anyone found smoking or having smoked inside a room will be fined P10,000.

Firearms are not allowed on hotel premises; guests must store firearms securely in their private vehicles.

Whiterock Beach Hotel + Waterpark Inc. shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of a guest's property or valuables left inside or outside the rooms, regardless of the reason.

Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for that room. Costs for repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest. A lost key incurs a charge of P1,500, while damaged keys will be charged P1,000. Guests wishing to take an umbrella or towel as a souvenir should inform the front desk; charges are P300 per item.

Cooking equipment is not allowed in hotel rooms. Guests with wet foods or gas cooking will be asked to vacate immediately. Electric kettles are available for hot water only; damage from cooking solid food will incur a P1,000 charge.

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited in the Naya Bar and Sunset Restaurant. Food deliveries from other establishments will incur a 20% charge on the total amount delivered.

Waterparks are open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and other pools by the beach are open until 9:00 PM. Outside whirlpools are turned off at 8:00 PM and reopened at 8:00 AM.

Proper swimwear is required; shirts and shorts without buttons, rivets, zippers, or metal objects are permitted.

Children should visit restrooms before entering the pools. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially near the beach and pools.

Please ensure your room door remains closed at all times to keep insects and mosquitoes out, especially in tropical climates. A multi-insect killer is available in your room if necessary.

Please keep noise and music to a low volume. If necessary, use areas of the resort that are far from guest rooms. Speakers of any size are prohibited. For more information, contact the front desk.

Room charges are no longer accepted on the day of checkout.

To ensure guest safety and comfort, visitors are only allowed in the hotel lobby. A fee of P950 applies for entry to the resort until 5:30 PM. An additional charge for extra persons will apply if visitors stay beyond this time.

The Outdoor Fitness Gym is available for the complimentary use of in-house guests and is open daily from 7 AM to 6 PM.

Guests are strictly prohibited from petting or feeding cats on the hotel premises. The hotel is not liable for any injuries resulting from these interactions.

Pets are allowed, with a maximum of two per room. A pet fee of P1,500 per night for small pets and P1,900 for large pets applies. Please check our pet policy and register your pet upon check-in.
