LIVE-OUT SEMINAR / CONFERENCE
Minimum Group Rate : P65,000 (50 participants)
ADDITIONAL RATE PER PARTICIPANT
P950 per person beyond 50 participants
For groups below 40 persons, charges will depend on requirements
INCLUSIONS
Buffet lunch (soup, 2 main courses, refillable rice, dessert, juice or ice tea)
AM and PM snacks (sandwich/asado roll plus juice/ice tea)
Use of function room and conference amenities for 9 hours
Freshly Brewed coffee, tea and purified drinking water during conference
VAT and service charge
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment upon signing of contract. Cheques payable to WHITEROCK BEACH HOTEL + WATERPARK INC. No contract valid without full payment before the event.
CANCELLATION/POSPONEMENTS
No charges/penalty on cancellations due to inclement weather or force majeure but re-booking dates subject to availabilities.
